Current responsibilities:
An Associate within JLL’s Retail Services team in Dallas, Jillian has a keen interest in consumer behavior and its impact on the retail real estate market. With senior team members, she partners with clients to serve as an extension of their teams and to deliver customized real estate solutions that meet each client’s unique business objectives. In her role, Jillian leverages JLL’s leading-edge technology, subject matter experts and market research to provide her clients with data-driven insight to identify strategic locations for retailers and position retail properties for owners. As a member of JLL’s Retail group, Jillian has the pulse on Dallas-Fort Worth’s dynamic retail market.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL’s Dallas Retail team in 2023, Jillian completed an internship with Greenberg Gibbons, a premier East Coast developer, investor, owner and operator of mixed-use, retail, commercial and residential properties. As an intern, she assisted the leasing, asset management and marketing teams with conducting market analyses, creating deal packages, preparing merchandising plans and drafting LOIs, while gaining valuable knowledge in negotiating leases.
