Jessica serves as an Executive Vice President on the JLL Minneapolis Tenant Representation team. She advises clients of all sizes, from single location offices to businesses with a global portfolio. Jessica’s expertise is aligning business strategy with real estate by supporting the full life cycle of real estate decisions.

Jessica brings over 16 years of real estate strategy and execution experience globally. Jessica previously worked at Cresa Minneapolis as Principal where she led a multi-disciplinary international team delivering a multitude of real estate solutions. She optimized portfolio performance for a Fortune 100 company spanning 500+ locations, 28 million square feet, and 140 countries resulting in client savings of over $125 million over three years. Jessica held leadership positions driving and delivering international services, which enabled a 20% annual growth rate for cross-border businesses.
Jessica has assisted countless Minneapolis-based clients optimize their portfolio through business strategy alignment. Her strong ideology of putting the best team on the field, along with process-driven solutions and communication helps her clients’ transactions move smoothly.
