Jesse Bray is a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services Southeast Group based in Louisville, KY. Jesse is responsible for overseeing the daily activities between the Client, Architect, Contractor, and Landlord to ensure that projects are successfully delivered according to each client’s design, budget, and schedule requirements. With a strong background in project management, Jesse has a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and completing complex construction projects for clients across multiple industries. With over 10 years of industry experience, Jesse brings extensive knowledge in field management, cost management, and representing the interests of project owners.
Jesse is a highly skilled land acquisition and development manager who has worked in residential real estate development for both public and private builder/developers. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in dealing with intricate real estate laws, government affairs, and negotiating contracts for the acquisition and development of parcels. Jesse ensures that all acquisitions and developments are in compliance with various regulatory laws and codes. Having acquired, contracted, or developed numerous residential lots, Jesse also excels in managing entitlements, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple developments.
Education and affiliations
Jesse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Economics from the University of Louisville, as well as a Masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from St. Louis University. He is also certified with a CEPCSI certification. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jesse is actively involved in his community, volunteering at his children’s school events and serving on the Friends of the Louisville Zoo board and Complete Streets Coalition.
