Career summary
Jeremy is a senior managing director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has completed the capitalization of a broad range of property types, including multi-housing, office, industrial, medical, retail, self-storage, mixed-use and land. The capitalizations have included equity, preferred equity, permanent financings, bridge financing, mezzanine debt and construction financing. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has represented clients in capitalizations totaling approximately $6 billion in commercial real estate.
Jeremy started at HFF in May 2011. He began his career as a civil engineer, receiving his professional engineering certification. Shortly thereafter, he joined a private real estate development office in north Texas and coordinated the acquisition and development activities for the firm.
