As a member of JLL’s tenant representation team, Jeremy serves as a strategic advisor focused on helping clients lower real estate costs and occupancy risks while maximizing workplace flexibility and productivity. He brings strong portfolio strategy leadership, financial analytical skills and market knowledge to the facilities planning, relocation and negotiation process.
Jeremy’s experience includes structuring complex headquarter relocations, lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions for corporate real estate users. He has achieved success at an unprecedented pace during his eight years on the JLL Dallas team.
Jeremy has been recognized many times for his accomplishments, including being named a D CEO Magazine “Power Broker,” a JLL “Top (Gold) Achiever” and a JLL Dallas “Top 7 Producer.”
Education and Affiliations
Jeremy earned a degree in Economics from The United States Naval Academy. As 1 of 6 battalion commanders and a four-year starter on the Division 1 football team, he received the prestigious Roger Staubach Award while attending the Naval Academy. Prior to joining JLL, he served as an active duty officer in the US Navy for 5 years, completing multiple combat zone deployments and achieving a ranking of #1 junior officer on each of his ships.
Jeremy is the Vice Chairman of the Board for Defenders of Freedom, a non-profit that provides emergency financial assistance and funding of traumatic brain injurty treatement for post 9/11 veterans. He also serves on the US Naval Academy Foundation Board of Trustees and is an active member of One Community Church.
He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys playing sports, fishing, horseback riding, farming, and cooking.
