Recently Jeremy and his team at JLL created a geospatial mapping tool exclusive to JLL and their clients. The team is HIPAA compliant and they specialize in site selection strategies, consulting and transactions for the Healthcare Industry. They are very focused on patient analytics - plotting patient data/addresses, payor mix, no shows/cancellations, referral partners, competition, M&A activity, and current/projected demographics over existing/potential real estate locations. In addition, they are helping our clients project NOI/EBIDTA and determine the size (Square feet) of outpatient facilities using predictive analytics.
