National Accounts Manager
Her primary responsibilities include working with the property teams on implementing specialty leasing strategies to help generate additional revenue and fill retail spaces. She develops best practices for properties to successfully manage their specialty leasing programs. Jennifer also serves as national account manager for a select group of national tenant accounts, and continues to build relationships with regional and national tenants through active participation in industry conferences to promote the properties.
Jennifer has over 12 years' of commercial real estate experience, with nearly 5 years in the specialty leasing field. She has exceptional expertise in market analysis and sales strategy, local, regional, and national-level specialty leasing and strategic accounts. She also managed and oversaw all aspects of a $600,000 specialty leasing program while working on the asset remotely. Prior to joining JLL, Jennifer managed marketing and acted as analyst support at Great Point Investors, LLC a Boston-based real estate investment firm. Jennifer also worked at The Congress Group, Inc. a Boston-based commercial real estate development firm managing marketing efforts and investor relations.
Education and Affiliations
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia.
