Current Responsibilities
Jen is a Vice President of the JLL’s Florida Retail Advisory Services group, based in Tampa. Her commitment lies in comprehending client requirements and providing exceptional solutions. Specializing in the west coast of Florida, Jen offers her expertise in tenant representation, dispositions, land development, redevelopment consulting, and agency leasing services. Her client portfolio spans from global retailers to non-profit organizations.
Experience
Jen’s introduction to JLL began when she proactively contacted their Tampa office to secure an internship, all while actively participating in the Florida State University Real Estate Society. Her participation in various projects with the retail team has allowed her to demonstrate her analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities, which are a perfect fit for the dynamic requirements of the retail real estate industry.
Education and Affiliations
A graduate of Florida State University, Jen holds a Bachelor of Science. She is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
