Jeff Miller is a Managing Director at JLL in Chicago where he serves as real estate transaction lead for multiple national and global Fortune 500 clients. Jeff focuses on providing his corporate clients with strategic real estate portfolio planning and proactive transaction management.
Experience
Jeff has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1998 and has been involved in all aspects of CRE, including corporate lease acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit projects, building purchase and sale projects, strategic planning and consulting. He has completed transactions in 100+ cities across the globe with a total value in excess of $5B. Jeff has led numerous long-term account relationships, including Zurich Insurance, Wells Fargo, Farmers Insurance, Corning, Inc. and others.
Prior to entering into commercial real estate Jeff practiced law in Chicago with areas of concentration in real estate law and corporate defense litigation.
Key Client Relationships
Wells Fargo. As a primary transaction account lead since 2002, Jeff has completed thousands of projects for Wells Fargo across the US and the globe. Key initiatives over the last 18 years have included the integration of First Union, Prudential Securities, A.G. Edwards and Wachovia locations into Wells Fargo's real estate portfolio.
Zurich Insurance / Farmers Insurance. Jeff has successfully completed hundreds of projects for Zurich Insurance and Farmers Insurance since 2003, including providing US portfolio planning, strategy and portfolio wide project implementation.
Corning, Inc. As a US transaction lead, Jeff is responsible for site selection, project implementation and transaction work for Corning's owned and leased office, warehouse and manufacturing facilities across the United States.
