Current Responsibilities:
Based in Austin, Texas, Jeffrey is a retail broker that specializes in sourcing urban/infill redevelopment sites, acquisitions, and building sales in the private client market. He works closely with investors and developers to place them in the right deals while maintaining strong relationships with property owners at the local level.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Jeffrey spent 15 years in private business which involved both office and retail real estate transactions. Outside of JLL, Jeffrey owns multiple businesses in and around the Austin and Dallas areas.
Education and Affiliations:
Jeffrey attended Texas State University and earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science with a Minor in Business through the McCoy College of Business. He also completed a Master’s Degree in Education with a Specialization in Sport Management and is a proud member of the T Association at Texas State.
