Current Responsibilities
Jeff Miller has co-responsibility for overseeing all business lines in the San Antonio/South Texas markets. In addition, Jeff advises clients on an array of corporate real estate matters, including portfolio-wide strategic planning, financial analysis, lease & property acquisition, and project management at both a regional and national level. He has over 20 years of experience managing very complex real estate transactions including major headquarter relocation projects, corporate build-to-suits and sale-leasebacks.
Experience
Jeff is widely respected by his clients and industry colleagues for his thoroughness, strong analytical skills, market knowledge and dedicated client service. He is the recipient of numerous industry awards including the San Antonio Business Journal’s Best in Commercial Real Estate Award in 2007, 2011, 2013 & 2016. Jeff has significant national and international experience having managed client projects in 20 states and 5 foreign countries. In addition, Jeff has participated as a guest speaker at numerous industry forums and his thoughts and perspectives have been profiled in leading media publications. Prior to joining JLL, Jeff was a partner at a full-service commercial real estate firm which Jones Lang LaSalle acquired. Jeff’s combined transactional experience exceeds 7 million square feet including over 2 million square feet of headquarters projects for diverse organizations.
Education and Affiliations
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Jeff is an active member of the San Antonio community and is a member of several prominent civic and social organizations. Jeff recently served on the Board of Governors at TMI: The Episcopal School of Texas and as a real estate advisor to the Board of The DoSeum (San Antonio’s children’s museum). Jeff is also an alumnus of Leadership San Antonio and was previously named 40 Under 40 by the San Antonio Business Journal.
