Current Responsibilities:
As Global COO of JLL’s Risk Advisory business, Jeff is focused on the convergence of business execution with strategy, AI, technology, talent and culture. His teams transform “big data” into actionable insights for institutional CRE investors and scaled lenders. Leveraging proprietary data sets and deep local market expertise as key differentiators, JLL’s Risk Advisory consultants materially improve proactive portfolio management – mitigating hidden risks and unlocking new opportunities.
Experience:
Jeff joined JLL in 2019 to build and lead JLL’s Global Transformation Office, focusing on business line globalization and optimization. He then transitioned to join the Valuation Advisory leadership team as the group’s first Chief Strategy Officer. In 2023, he was asked to step in as the interim Global COO for 9+ months, before being appointed as the COO for JLL’s Risk Advisory business line.
Before joining JLL, Jeff found success as a management consultant for traditional global corporates, as well as guiding start-ups into a mature Fortune 1000 organizations. With experience spanning a variety of sectors and functions, his brand was established on consistently delivering on big goals, solving complex problems, and engineering turnarounds where others had failed before.
