Current Responsibilities:
Jeff Lockard is a Vice Chairman within the Northeast Industrial Region at JLL. In his current role, Jeff assists with agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection, and the disposition of industrial real estate for clients throughout the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware markets.
Experience:
Jeff began his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in May 2011. At Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff served as a financial analyst in the capital markets group. His responsibilities included valuation and cash flow analysis of industrial, office, and retail real estate on behalf of institutional clients. Additionally, Jeff conducted a broad range of transaction related analyses including lease restructuring; lease vs. buy analysis; discounted cash flow analysis using Excel and Argus; abstracting legal documents such as financing/loan agreements, mortgage documents and partnership agreements; and analyzing corporate financial statements and credit quality as they impace the real estate acquisition/disposition process. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff was involved in over $500 million of acquisition and disposition transactions and valued over $1.5 billion in institutional assets.
