Mr. Groh is an Executive Managing Director of JLL's Tenant Representation and Corporate Services practices as well as a member of the firm's Mid-Atlantic Management Committee.  Jeff represents large space occupiers in satisfying their comprehensive real estate needs.  Specialized skills include headquarters site selection, build-to suits, and other large, complex transactions as well as working with State and local jurisdictions to secure public-sector business incentives.

Over his 20-year career, Jeff has completed hundreds of transactions spanning several million square feet and over two billion dollars in transaction value. He has implemented more than 15 transactions of over 100,000 r.s.f. during the past 5 years.  Clients rely on Jeff's experience and skills as well as his ability to integrate the broad resources of JLL to maximize results and client satisfaction.

SRA International, Inc.: JLL provides global transaction services, lease administration and consulting services for SRA, a leading Government Contractor headquartered in Fairfax, VA with over 7,000 employees worldwide.  Over the past three years, JLL has helped SRA to reduce its annual occupancy costs by approximately $10 million.  Recently, Jeff completed a 165,000 square foot headquarters transaction for SRA which reduced the company's headquarters occupancy costs by 45% while upgrading the facility and employee experience.

Hilton Worldwide, Inc.: JLL provides global transaction services, lease administration and project management services for Hilton Worldwide, the most recognized name in the lodging industry.  With over 100 leased properties globally, JLL has assisted Hilton in reducing occupancy costs by approximately 25% as well as secured its global headquarters transaction.  Chris Nasetta, CEO, stated that the company's relocation from Beverly Hills, California to its new Fairfax County Headquarters of approximately 180,000 square feet saved Hilton "tens of millions of dollars".

EADS North America: JLL provides global transaction services, lease administration and project management services for EADS North America, a leading Department of Defense contractor.  EADS North America and Airbus (an EADS company) had separate Headquarters facilities in Fairfax County. JLL assisted EADS in achieving a consolidation which satisfied their objectives to gain corporate synergies.  The 125,000 square foot headquarters transaction saved EADS $31.5 million versus the status quo and yielded 15-20% better economics for EADS than a competing tenant received.

Altegrity:  JLL provides global transaction services, lease administration & project management services for Altegrity, the holding company for Kroll Advisory Services, Kroll Ontrack, HireRight & USIS.  Alegrity operates in 142 locations worldwide with a portfolio of 1.7 million square feet. JLL completed the 195,000 s.f. Kroll Ontrack headquarters' assignment in Eden Prairie, MN, resulting in a savings of over $12 million from the landlord's initial offer and a run rate reduction of over 25%.

ITT Exelis:  JLL provides global transaction and consulting services for ITT Exelis, a leading Department of Defense contractor.  Headquartered in Fairfax County, JLL provides global service delivery throughout Exelis' 7.5 million square foot corporate real estate portfolio.  Having recently been selected to represent Exelis' interest due to its resources and track record for reducing occupancy costs for its clients, JLL's goal is to assist ITT Exelis in saving at least 25% in the next 3 years.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Groh received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College where he majored in Managerial Economics and minored in History.

Jeff has received numerous sales awards and was recognized by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM) in the form of a merit scholarship.  Mr. Groh has won NAIOP's "Transaction of the Year", "Sale Transaction of the Year", top leasing professional in Virginia, and the top private sector tenant representative in the Washington, DC region.  The most recent such recognition was the NAIOP Award of Merit for his representation of Hilton Worldwide in their headquarters relocation from Beverly Hills, California to Fairfax County.  Mr. Groh has been recognized by JLL as one of the top producers nationwide for the past 10 years and holds real estate licenses in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Charitable, Civic and Professional Organizations

Jeff is and has been involved in several charitable, civic and professional organizations.  CoreNet Global is the preeminent industry association for Corporate Real Estate professions.  Jeff has been a Board Member of CoreNet for the past six years and has held many roles with the organization, including Programs Chair, Membership Chair, Treasurer and his current role of Community Reinvestment Chair.  The Community Reinvestment Committee's goal is to give back to the local community by providing charitable services in the realms of Pediatric Cancer, Housing and Hunger.  Jeff has also been a long-time Vestry member of St. Patrick's Episcopal Church of Washington, DC, where he recently served as Treasurer.  Additionally, Mr. Groh has participated in the program "EVERYBODY WINS!" whose mission is to help the self-esteem of under-privileged children by participating in regular reading sessions.
