Current Responsibilities:

Mr. Webb is a Senior Managing Director of Industrial Services at JLL's Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania office, where he is part of a dedicated team providing a range of services throughout the Pennsylvania market including agency leasing, tenant representation, sales, and site selection.

Experience:

Mr. Webb began his career at JLL in April of 2010. Since joining JLL he has been instrumental in the completion of multiple agency related transactions for such clients as Clarion, USAA Real Estate, Duke Realty, Trammell Crow Company, and First Industrial (to name a few).

Prior to joining JLL, Jason was with CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta, Georgia for five years where he focused exclusively on representing industrial landlords with the leasing and marketing of their warehouse and distribution properties within CBRE'S Atlanta Asset Services Group portfolio of 18 million square feet. Within the Asset Services portfolio Jason held direct operations responsibility for an asset base of approximately 2.7 million square feet entailing construction management, leasing, property management oversight, strategic planning, and marketing activities. During his tenure at CB Richard Ellis Webb successfully represented clients such as LaSalle Investment Management, Cobalt Capital Partners, High Street Equity Advisors, Real Estate Capital Partners, Crow Family Holdings, GE Real Estate, IDI Services, and OPUS South Development completing over 2.5 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $67 million dollars.

Mr. Webb joined CB Richard Ellis following a successful career at Trammell Crow Company where he was an integral part of a Landlord Agency team which advised and oversaw an industrial leasing portfolio totaling more than 16 million square feet in nearly 400 buildings. 

Education and Affiliations:

Mr. Webb is an alumnus of Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA where he received a B.A. degree in communications and international relations in 2001. He has actively been involved with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and several Commercial Board of Realtors networking associations.
