Jason specializes in Corporate Retail store roll-outs throughout the United States. He has partnered with many of the World's Leading Brands to strategize and execute on new store growth programs.
Experience
Jason’s (“JT”) career spans 20 years in the Real Estate industry as a senior strategic development advisor and has served as an integral part of the growth efforts of varied Regional, National and Global Retailers.
He started with JLL as part of the Corporate Services team that grew Bank of America in Chicago, which was the first market the bank had ever endeavored to grow organically.
His additional experience includes serving within the internal real estate department of Potbelly Sandwich Works as a Development Manager, directing the roll-out of new stores in Texas.
Jason combines his hard-driving internal Corporate Real Estate experience with a strong national brokerage network to enable the best Real Estate outcomes for his corporate clients.
Education and Affiliations
Jason earned an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
He holds his real estate license in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
