Current responsibilities

With 20+ years experience Jason Simon’s Las Vegas market knowledge and depth of experience allows him to serve clients in a multitude of industrial asset services including agency and tenant representation leasing, site selection and acquisition, build to suit development, and acquisition and disposition of investment properties.


Over his career Jason has completed thousands of transactions, representing hundreds of clients on millions of square feet of properties leased or sold with total value in excess of $600 million.

Community Involvement

Today, Jason continues his involvement and education on a professional level and is a member of both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). Jason also gives back to the community and donates time and resources to several charities and foundations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, Catholic Charities and multiple Las Vegas club soccer organizations.

Jason was born and raised in Las Vegas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
