Career summary
Jason is a Managing Director within the Debt & Equity platform of the Dallas Capital Markets Team, Americas. He’s an investment advisor providing commercial real estate investors with innovative capital solutions that comprehensively and creatively addresses each investor’s unique needs for the transaction, whether construction, bridge, permanent, acquisition, refinance or recapitalization. Jason has originated, structured, sourced and closed debt and equity for land, hospitality, self-storage, medical office, industrial, retail, multi-housing, office and mixed use commercial real estate transactions in excess of $10 billion.

Prior to joining JLL, Jason was a Partner at Quadrant Realty Finance (“QRF”), a boutique real estate investment banking firm that JLL acquired in June 2013. Since its formation in April 2010, QRF financed in excess of $1.5 billion in debt and equity transactions. Before facilitating the establishment and growth of QRF, Jason was a Vice President of Debt & Equity finance at CBRE Capital Markets. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital.

During his University days, Jason served as captain and assistant coach for the men’s varsity soccer team. Jason has served on The Real Estate Council Fight Night Committee and as Director of Commercial Lending for The Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association Board. He is also an alumni of the Associate Leadership Council. Jason was also a Board Member of the Moody Family YMCA and served as the Finance Chair facilitating the procurement ofdonations for the annual operating budget and capital campaign for the building.  Since joining JLL, Jason has been awarded Top and Gold Achiever status within the organization.
