Jason is a Senior Transaction Manager in JLL’s New York office, currently overseeing 200 locations comprised of more than 3M SF on behalf of an exclusive client. Jason is instrumental in implementing the client’s real estate plans, possessing a keen understanding of their strategic and financial goals. Working closely with our colleagues across the country, Jason ensures JLL delivers measurable value by negotiating favorable economic and flexible lease terms in addition to proactively identifying transaction opportunities for the client.
