Career summary
Jason is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Jason’s primary responsibilities include the disposition of single-tenant and net lease assets as well as advising corporate clients on a variety of structured real estate decisions. Jason’s experience includes sale-leasebacks, built-to-suits, acquisitions, synthetic leases, asset and credit underwriting; the dissolution and sale of joint venture interests; and informing corporate clients on the economics and accounting impacts of their real estate decisions.
Jason brings over 14 years of real estate transaction experience (all with JLL) serving institutional investors, private equity, financial institutions, developers and corporations. Since 2006, he has been involved in the execution of transactions valued in excess of $4.0 billion, encompassing various product types including office, industrial, retail, special-use and mixed-use product.
Prior to his career with JLL, Jason worked for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Economic and Business Analysis team where he advised a multitude of government and private clients on the economic outcome of various strategic investment and cost-savings initiatives.
