Current Responsibilities:
Jason manages the growth of Healthcare practices, including real estate transaction management, analytics, acquisitions and dispositions. Current clients include health systems, national healthcare providers, investors and independent physician groups. Leveraging his knowledge of the intricacies of these specialized real estate types, Jason provides his clients with skillful expertise in guiding them through all facets of any real estate transaction.
Experience:
Jason Cheek is a Vice President with JLL’s North Texas Healthcare markets. Jason has worked in the commercial real estate industry, specifically Healthcare for the past 10+ years, and has significant experience in Healthcare System, Corporate and Provider advisory of real estate assets and leases. He began his career in Healthcare real estate while working with Tenet Healthcare in their corporate office, working directly with the Director of Real Estate and Development as a Senior Analyst. Joining Healthcare Trust of America in 2017, Jason oversaw the Texas markets handling all the new leasing and existing leasing efforts.
Education:
Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate from the University of North Texas graduating Magna Cum Laude.
