Current Responsibilities:

Jason has expertise in all facets of project management, including preconstruction activities, procurement, permitting, estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting, contract reconciliation, decommissioning and relocation. Jason specializes in high-level organization, efficient communication, and dayto-day project management operations. 


Jason has over 20 years of construction management experience overseeing a variety of projects, including ground-up large box retail, Class A office tenant improvements, multifamily ground-up and remodels, high rise office buildouts, medical office and hospital tenant improvements, residential build outs, restaurant remodel and capital improvements, warehouse ground-up, and University ground-up facilities, totaling more than 125 projects valued in excess of $700 million. 

Jason’s most recent project experience includes management of the final construction of a 60,000 s.f. $15 million TI project for UCSD, named the U. Jason has also managed the design and construction of over 250,000 s.f. of corporate tenant improvements for ServiceNow, a San Diego based technology firm. The latest project completed for ServiceNow was a 90,000 s.f., $14 million TI project in the UTC area. Jason’s experience also includes managing the construction of a low income 30,000 ft.², 5-story, 44-unit apartment building and managing the design development of a large City of San Diego redevelopment project estimated at $82M. 

Education and Affiliations:

Jason graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later received his Construction Management Certification from Colorado State University.
