Current responsibilities
Jason Allen, CCIM serves as a member of JLL’s multi-housing national leadership team and resides in the Kansas City office. In this role, he specializes in the valuation of multi-housing assets, including Build for Rent (BFR) assets, conventional multifamily assets, Institutional client management and portfolio management. Jason is responsible for client management and overall platform growth within the national multi-housing valuation team. Mr. Allen provides excellence in client service from engagement to delivery of high-quality valuation reports that elevate our client's confidence in all aspects of valuation and consulting.
Experience
Mr. Allen has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage since 2003 and valuation and consulting since 2012. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and received his CCIM designation in 2008. Jason is a member of the CCIM Institute, the Appraisal Institute, and is also an active member or the National Association of Realtors. Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Mr. Allen was with Integra Realty Resources.
