Since 2005, Jason has successfully brokered real estate transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $2 billion since 2005.

With 23 years of experience, he is able to address present-day trends and off-market commercial real estate deals from a historical perspective. He has received numerous industry awards and accolades, including NAIOP's Transaction of the Year award for "the Largest Office Lease in the Last Decade" and Industrial Broker of the Year award in 2010.
Jason partners with seasoned commercial real estate broker David Lee. Most notably, the team has successfully brokered 75% of all closed sales transactions in Denver's Southeast Submarket annually for the past 18 years. Jason currently lists 2.0 million square feet of industrial/flex leasing and investment sale assignments throughout Denver.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts in real estate finance and construction management from the University of Denver.
