Professional Experience:
At JLL, Jared is focused on helping his clients build out and lease commercial office space in the greater Houston market. Jared brings a combined ten years of experience in transaction advisory, investment management and real estate development to JLL. Prior to joining the Agency Leasing team, Jared spent much of his career in management consulting, ending his most recent role with a private equity group that Jared Atabuatsi focused on mixed use developments. Jared’s goal is to specialize in financial lease analysis and strategic tenant anchoring which will maximize value for building owners.
Along with his commitment to his craft as a professional, Jared is very passionate about talent acquisition and serving his community. His involvement with numerous boards and youth development programs exemplifies two most noteworthy:
- paying it forward and
- youth education and urban exposure.
