Current Responsibilities
As the practice group lead for Milwaukee’s Industrial division, Jim is responsible for business development and growing the JLL industrial presence in the Milwaukee area . He is an award-winning real estate broker with nearly 19 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than $300 million in transactions. A top real estate expert in Milwaukee, Young has been recognized as a Broker of the Year by Riverworks Development Corporation and was awarded with the Investment Deal of the Year (2016) and Industrial Deal of the Year (2017) by the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Jim was Senior Vice President at The Barry Company.

Education
Jim completed his undergraduate work at Minnesota’s St. Olaf College, where he graduated with a Psychology degree. He also received his MBA at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 1999.
