Current Responsibilities
James P. Quinn is a Managing Director in the Leasing Group of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.’s New York office where he is responsible for all aspects of leasing transactions including tenant representation and landlord agency leasing and marketing.
Experience
Mr. Quinn has over 20 years experience in corporate real estate services previously working as an Executive Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and as an Executive Director at Cushman and Wakefield.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Quinn graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing.
Mr. Quinn has been named one of Real Estate New York’s “Top Dealmakers,” winning the 2008 Commercial Broker All-Stars award. He has also previously been recognized as one of Real Estate New York’s Top “40 under 40” and acknowledged as a next generational leader by the Real Estate Forum. Mr. Quinn has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, and has written for Development Magazine.
