James Mcgill is a part of the Logistics and Industrial Services team, specializing in negotiating business terms for leasing, disposition, and acquisition transactions of industrial real estate assets. He also focuses on site selection for speculative development along with built to suit projects. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the market with a concentration specifically on the Southeast, Southwest and Central submarkets.
Prior to joining JLL, James worked at Concept3D in virtual mapping. At Concept3D, he developed and implemented mapping and virtual tour software for Higher Education, Data Centers and further expanded the companies reach into the Real Estate industry. Other responsibilities included marketing, strategy, advisory and implementation of the software.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College and was a member of the Men’s Division II Lacrosse Team. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®. He is an active member of NAIOP developing leaders. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing and golf.
