Current responsibilities:
James Ferrigno specializes in providing logistics and supply chain solutions, transaction management, and brokerage services for clients in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate in the boroughs of New York City. Additionally, James is responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout the Northeast.
Experience:
James joined JLL in September 2018 as an Associate in the company’s New York City office. Prior to joining JLL, he served as Associate Director in the Investment Sales Division at Eastern Consolidated, specializing in the valuation, disposition, and acquisition of assets in New York City with a special emphasis on office and industrial properties. He also worked at Thor Equities, where he performed market research, conducted lease analyses, and aided in the valuation of the organizations 20 million s.f. portfolio.
Education and Affiliations:
James earned a bachelors in economics and a minor in applied statistics with honors from Syracuse University. He is also a member of Intentional Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and Queens Chamber of Commerce.
