Experience
Jake joined JLL’s Bellevue office in 2020 to focus on the Eastside office market. The core of his business has always been landlord agency representation for existing and new development office properties. Jake has listed properties for lease, assisted clients with their acquisitions and dispositions, and worked with tenants in all aspects of their facility relocation and renewal objectives.

Prior to 2020, Jake worked for over five years at Kidder Mathews in the Seattle office, where he represented landlords and tenants in the greater downtown Seattle area. He has been involved in over one million square feet of real estate transactions at a total value of more than 200 million dollars. During the 2019 calendar year, Jake completed 75 real estate transactions totaling approximately 500,000 SF leased or sold.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jake spent three and a half years at Fidelity Investments in Seattle where he worked as a financial planner. He grew up in the area and has lived in Snohomish and King counties his entire life.
