Current responsibilities
Jaclyn Alexander is a Director in the JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Dallas. In her role, she assists with the analysis and preparation of appraisals nationwide.
Ms. Alexander focuses on valuing multifamily assets across the entirety of the southeast and her primary areas of expertise include:
- Conventional Multifamily
- Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Transactions
- Affordable Multifamily
- Small Balance Lending
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Alexander worked as an Associate Appraiser at National Appraisal Partners LLP focusing on multi-family residential and retail properties.
Ms. Alexander has successfully completed numerous real estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities and other institutions.
