Current Responsibilities:
Jackson Childers is a member of the San Diego Industrial Group. Here, he takes a countywide approach focused on low finish industrial buildings and industrial outdoor storage yards. Both owners and tenants trust Jackson to achieve favorable deal outcomes with his methodical approach to transactions. Sourcing new business, performing financial analysis, and negotiating contracts are skills Jackson has honed early in his career. He sits on JLL’s national Industrial Service Facilities practice group along with JLL’s Supply Chain & Logistics Group. Jackson also collaborates frequently with JLL’s Tijuana industrial team, tracking cross-border logistics activty and promoting “Uno JLL.”
