Current Responsibilities
Jack’s diverse career in commercial real estate spans two decades. He has worked with companies navigating lease agreements and helped investors buy and sell industrial and office assets. Jack joined JLL in 2010 and has since been in a brokerage role.
Experience and Accomplishments
Jack started as EVP of JLL Brokerage in 2020. Based in Memphis, TN, he works closely with JLL’s clients and teams in cities around the world. Increasingly, his job involves helping to tailor solutions for clients looking for occupancy or investor solutions from one property to complex portfolios.
Education and Affiliations
Jack has always been in real estate after earning a real estate finance degree from Ole Miss in 2000. Jack has carried those combined experiences to allow for a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into successful transactions. He has successfully performed over 20 million square feet of transactions totaling over $750 million in value.
Jack is actively involved in the business community serving in leadership roles in the SIOR Memphis Chapter BOD – 2017 President and an active member of MAAR Commercial – former BOD member.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hunting, fishing and traveling.
