Current responsibilities:
Mr. Smith has been an active member in the Spokane community for the last six years and is excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate. He has spent the beginning of his real estate career studying Class A office space in the Spokane market and specializes in Tenant and Agency representation. Some of his listings include Bank of America Tower, Catalyst building, Wonder Spokane, Umpqua building and Mirabeau properties.
Experience:
Mr. Smith joined the Spokane JLL brokerage team in August of 2020 after a 16-year career as a Regional Executive at Enterprise Holdings. He oversaw 10 locations and 75+ employees in Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho which eclipsed over $25M in annual revenue. He was the recipient of five President’s and four Exceptional Achievement awards for company leading performance in operating profit, growth, customer service and employee retention. He was also the #1 ranked Regional Executive in the Washington/Alaska/Idaho group for fiscal year 2018 and had the #1 customer service score globally.
Education and affiliations:
Mr. Smith holds a bachelor's degree from Central Washington University majoring in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Tourism Management.
Mr. Smith is a licensed Broker in Washington and Idaho and has more than six years of full-time service to his community as a volunteer leader for Junior Achievement, Make-A-Wish Foundation, 2nd Harvest and many other notable non-profit organizations. He resides in downtown Spokane with his wife Kasi and two sons, Dash and Crew.
