Current Responsibilities:
Isaiah is a Real Estate Associate within JLL’s Retail and Land Advisory Services group, where he specializes in market research and trend projections, investment memorandums and deal summaries, financial modeling to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their real estate assets. His consultative approach provides clients with the right market data and analysis to maximize value for their long- term goals. Isaiah thrives on advising clients on a project from inception to completion and focuses on urban & suburban development.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL as an Analyst in 2020, Isaiah work at Greystar where he collaborated with a team of professionals that achieved occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service for a property in the Denton, TX. Isaiah spearheaded initiatives that directly increased property conversion rates in customer traffic, innovated methods of engagement with current residents, and developed local business partnerships.
