Iri is the Co-CEO of JLL Asset Beacon, pioneering innovative solutions in the real estate sector, and is based out of New York City. He is a successful technology entrepreneur, having built and sold several high-growth technology startups since 2007.
Iri joined JLL in 2021, following the acquisition of Skyline AI, a Proptech startup he co-founded in 2017 that specializes in leveraging artificial intelligence for analyzing and predicting real estate investment opportunities.
Prior to co-founding Skyline, Iri was the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at StreamRail, acquired in 2016 by ironSource (NYSE:IS) / Unity Software (NYSE: U). Previously, he was the Co-Founder, CMO and President of Visionize, acquired in 2011 by AVG Technologies (NYSE: AVG) / Avast Software. Following the acquisition by AVG, Iri built and managed AVG’s distribution business as VP of Global Sales & Partnerships, launching over 100 direct partnerships with the world's top software companies that generated over $160 million in annual revenue.
He focused most of his career on leading and executing Go-To-Market Strategies and managing Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, and Business Development teams. He negotiated and launched over 300 partnerships with some of the largest companies in the world and raised over $46M for his various start-up companies. The products he built and distributed have been used and reached audiences of hundreds of millions of users and generated hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
Iri has been deeply embedded in the PropTech industry, specializing in AI, transactions, and asset management solutions for CRE investors since 2016. Today, he is focused on solving the most pressing business challenges for leading asset managers worldwide by simplifying decision-making and maximizing performance using technology, AI and data.
