Hudson Neuhoff is an Associate in Agency Leasing based in Dallas, Texas. Hudson manages a portfolio of 2.0M SF that spans across 16 buildings in Far North Dallas, East Dallas, McKinney and LBJ. His clients include August Real Estate Co., Primera Companies, RED Development, Capital Commercial Investments, Malouf Interests, Tempus Realty Partners, Workplace Hospitality, and The Gault Company.
Experience
At JLL, Hudson conducts in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, market conditions, and opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. He specializes in assisting with the landlord’s lease negotiations by providing analytical support, market insights, and comparable lease statistics. Prior to working at JLL, Hudson interned for Southwestern Advantage, prospecting and approaching over 3,000 prospects in a thirteen week period (30+ per day).
Education and affiliations
Hudson graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution, College of Engineering. At Texas A&M, he served as President of the Professional Association for Industrial Distribution (PAID). PAID is the largest student run organization at Texas A&M with over 1,000 members. He was responsible for recruiting, planning, and running 50+ events including the 3rd largest career fair at Texas A&M. He also served on the executive council for Aggie Men’s Club (AMC) as Service Chair. In Dallas, he has been involved in volunteering for charities including Our Calling and Elizabeth Toon Charities. He is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and NTCAR.
