Howard has over 40 years experience in the corporate real estate industry and has successfully represented numerous firms in the sale or leasing of over $450,000,000 in aggregate value of industrial and commercial properties throughout Northern New Jersey.
Howard earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Hartford School of Business. He has continued his education with various courses at the New York University School of Real Estate.
Howard is currently an Executive Committee member of the Morris and Bergen County Economic Development Corporations.
