Current Responsiblities
Hope is a 20-year real estate professional with extensive operational experience across various real estate types, including mixed-use, residential, office, and retail. She is currently responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing all operational aspects for the Midwest Region. Hope ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality operations and management for a portfolio of over 500 employees who oversee 100 million square feet of office and industrial properties in three states. Her proven skills include strong financial acumen, strategy development and implementation, innovative best practices, and leadership. Hope also serves as a Group Manager and directly oversees several office property teams in downtown Chicago.
Experience
Hope has experience managing complex asset types. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Vice President, Group Manager with the Markets Division of JLL in Chicago, IL, where she managed a million s.f office tower. Hope brings valuable expertise in revenue generation, cost efficiencies, tenant relations, financial management, conflict resolution, and capital improvements. Hope also spent 13 years in residential/multi-family property management with Draper and Kramer, Inc.
