Current Responsibilities
As Director of National Retail Leasing, Holly provides guidance to our agency leasing teams to ensure client’s needs are being met at each property. She oversees the transactions process, reviews operations for compliance and improvements, supports teams and provides expertise in completing successful transactions for JLL clients. Additionally, Holly partners with our local market teams to cross-sell our brokerage capabilities to current and prospective clients who have both national and local needs. Collaborating with JLL Retail senior leadership, Holly focuses on maximizing our clients’ asset values and occupancy by leveraging her relationships with national, regional and local retailers to achieve the ideal tenant mix for each centers’ demographics.
Experience
Holly brings more than 15 years of leasing and marketing experience to the firm, including seven prior years with JLL. She was most recently the Vice President North Central Region of Leasing for Foot Locker, Inc., and prior to that served as the Vice President of Leasing for the Mall of America for seven years. Her extensive leasing experience spans across multiple regional shopping centers throughout the Midwest. With a diverse real estate background working as a landlord and tenant representative, Holly is able to provide a strategic and innovative approach to helping client’s achieve maximum returns for their properties.
