Current Responsibilities
Hillary helps companies make forward-thinking, cost-effective real estate decisions so they can focus on building their core business. Hillary partners with technology companies (Figma, Medallia, Crusoe AI, Retool, Vanta, Runway AI, etc.) and venture capital firms (Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, etc.) to find dynamic and creative office spaces that fit each company’s unique culture. She is extremely passionate about the way a space can bring a company to life. There are many nuances to a new office – price, location, design, functionality – and many players (both internally and externally) that need to be taken into account.That's where Hillary comes in.
She works with her clients to understand their specific business objectives from the onset, designs a thoughtful approach, and executes their vision and goals with excellence. From Hillary’s perspective, we are forever evolving as humans and our approach to the workplace should evolve with us. Hillary’s goal is finding a fiscally responsible balance between operational effectiveness, employee needs while meeting enterprise goals.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Hillary worked in marketing at CHANEL in New York City. She previously worked in commercial real estate for Cushman & Wakefield in their Moscow and Shanghai offices.
Education and Affiliations
Hillary graduated from the University of Southern California in 2008. She grew up in Pasadena, California.
She has two young boys, lives in San Francisco, and is a New Orleans Saints fan.
