Career summary
Hermen is a senior managing director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate business as an advisor and transactional agent. Hermen is primarily responsible for institutional-grade sale and debt transactions throughout the State of Florida, including numerous transactions in Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville, as well as the southeastern United States. He focuses primarily on office building transactions.
Hermen joined HFF in 2001 and was previously a Vice President at Sonnenblick-Goldman Company where, during an eight-year period, he served a key role in the origination and execution of numerous debt and equity transactions for all property types.
Hermen is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in economics and real estate. Throughout his career, he has executed more than $8 billion of office building debt and sale assignments.
