Current Responsibilities
Henry Warner is an Associate Vice President in the brokerage services division of JLL in New York City. With a focus in tenant representation, Mr. Warner advises clients in various industries to plan and execute corporate real estate strategies throughout the New York area. He also engages in developing new business and enhancing JLL’s market outreach.
Experience
Mr. Warner came to JLL in 2014 as a brokerage analyst in New York office. In this capacity, he engaged in business development techniques and tracked specific pursuits through market research and analysis.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Warner worked as a researcher at CBRE.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Warner received his Bachelor’s Degree from Drew University, where he majored in business and minored in environmental studies. Mr. Warner also earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York, and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and The Urban Land Institute.
