Current Responsibilities:

Henry Voges is the group manager for St. Louis property management. In this role, he supervises all aspects of property management including personnel supervision, client relationships, operational improvements and new business development. Through active, hands-on involvement, he is able to improve efficiencies and reduce costs for all management clients.

Accomplishments:

Henry has experience in management, leasing and brokerage of both industrial and office properties. His extensive management expertise includes major capital projects and building repositionings; operational audits and cost reductions, as well as personnel development. He has extensive operational and project management expertise in office and industrial properties. He has overseen extensive building capital and tenant improvement projects. Including asbestos abatement, parking garage restorations, roof replacements and surface lot restorations.. As a LEED AP, Henry has overseen numerous energy retrofits, including lighting upgrades.

Experience:

Prior to joining JLL, Henry was a Vice-President with Nooney Krombach Company, a local real estate services firm. In his role there, Henry was the portfolio manager for an institutional owner responsible for all aspects of brokerage, leasing and management of a portfolio of ten office and industrial buildings.

Education:

Henry has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He also received a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.

Affiliations:

Henry is active in various real estate groups including IREM and BOMA where he has served on the boards and is a Past President of both organizations. He currently serves as a national Senior Vice President for IREM.
