Current Responsibilities:
Henry oversees a portfolio comprised of 4M+ RSF of Class A office, R&D, and industrial product across the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, and East Bay. His clients include high net worth individuals, REITS, Institutional and Foreign Investors. Henry leads a portfolio team consisting of ten members.
Experience:
Henry has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining JLL, Henry was a property manager for a private investment management firm, HL Asset Management, Inc (formerly known as Homeland Management Group, Inc) in San Jose, CA. For eight years, Henry was responsible for property management and operations of approximately 312,000 RSF of retail strip centers/neighborhood shopping centers in the Bay Area. Tenants included: Starbucks, 24 Hour Fitness, T-Mobile, and Subway. In addition to property management, Henry was also instrumental in several acquisitions and dispositions, refinances and extensive reforecast modeling.
Education and Affiliations:
Henry attended college at San Jose State University focusing on Business Administration concentrating on Accounting. Henry holds his California Real Estate Salesperson’s license.
