Current responsibilities
As of May 2024, Harrison joined JLL’s Tampa Industrial Team working as an Associate working alongside Peter Cecora, John Dunphy, and Olivia Brock. His primary focus within the team will be representing Tenants, Buyers, Sellers, and Landlords in the disposition, acquisition, development, and leasing of industrial real estate assets across the Central Florida Region.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Harrison spent a year with the Colliers Central Florida Industrial Team working alongside Ryan Vaught and Robyn Hurrell. His primary responsibilities included managing an industrial portfolio totaling 3.5M SF across three separate submarkets, as well as partnering with national acquisitions/development groups to source off market land and existing building opportunities.
Education and Affiliations
Harrison graduated from The University of Michigan’s Sport Management Program, majoring in the development of large-scale sporting venues and their ancillary retail, office, and multifamily developments. He additionally minored in Urban Planning.
