Responsibilities:
Harold Imperatore is part of the New Jersey industrial brokerage team based out of East Rutherford, NJ. Harold assists both tenants and landlords in the purchase, sale, and lease of industrial warehouses and distribution centers. Some clients Harold has served or is currently serving are:
- Prologis Inc.
- The Hampshire Companies
- Safer Development & Management Corp.
Experience:
Prior to working at JLL, Harold worked as a Real Estate Manager (2015-2016) at the Hampshire Companies in Morristown, NJ.
Education:
Harold graduated from the College of Charleston in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Real Estate. He currently holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License.
