Current Responsibilities
Hans Kaunath is a Vice President with agency leasing, representing property owners on more than 1.7 m.s.f. of office assets throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area, including all of Pinellas County. Hans’ leasing strategy aims to build a tenant mix and rent roll that effectively achieves asset performance goals.
Experience
Most recently joining JLL from CBRE in 2019, Hans began his career in commercial real estate in 1997 as a financial analyst with a national REIT, analyzing office properties for acquisition, disposition and development.
During his successful career, he has managed the marketing and leasing of numerous office properties, including office parks, suburban low-rise and mid-rise office buildings, and office flex buildings. His leasing responsibilities also included the lease up of a 160,000-square-foot regional mall converted to office space where he achieved 100 percent occupancy.
Education and Affiliations
Hans holds a Bachelors in Finance from the University of North Florida. He’s also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and affiliated with NAIOP and Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).
