Current responsibilities:
Hannah is an Agency Leasing Associate on the Atlanta Industrial Brokerage Team. Hannah focuses on completing lease transactions on the landlord representation side by building solid client relationships, and marketing each property in ways that best showcase that individual property. Hannah transitioned into brokerage from a property marketing role within the team. Her background gives her a unique perspective of the requirements necessary to create effective marketing campaigns.
Experience:
Hannah works on lease negotiations, property marketing, touring spaces and closing the transactions of various portfolios and deals. She constantly strives to expand her knowledge of the business and grow deeper connections with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
Education and affiliations:
Hannah has a Bachelors of Advertising degree from the University of Georgia’s Grady School of Communication. Hannah also has a certificate from the New Media Institue at UGA and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature. Her past experience includes multiple internships in marketing and commercial real estate, ultimately landing her in the industrial sector in June 2021. In her free time, Hannah enjoys eating at fun restaurants in Atlanta, running, traveling and closely following the Georgia bulldogs football team.
