Description
Gyasi is a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate with a specialization in multifamily finance.
Prior to joining JLL, Gyasi worked in multifamily production and underwriting at CBRE. Before CBRE, Gyasi worked on the underwriting team at Freddie Mac Multifamily. Gyasi is a native of Los Angeles and earned a bachelor’s degree from UCLA. He is a member of the African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) Los Angeles Chapter, UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG), and NAIOP SoCal, and graduated from the NAIOP YPG program in 2023.
